General FAQ

Our terms and conditions that are agreed upon prior to purchase state that all registrations for Limitless Expo 2026: You may cancel your registration at any time before and including May 6, 2026, and receive a refund. Cancellation after this date – including a no-show on the day(s) of the Expo – shall not be eligible for a refund. If you purchased a bundle that included the 2025 Recordings, the value of the recordings is $299+tax and that portion of your ticket is non-refundable. If someone is purchasing a ticket from you, you will need to contact us with the person’s name and email PRIOR to the event so they can transfer the ticket to them.

The 2025 agenda is published, the 2026 agenda will be published closer to the event on August 14th. Go to the Agenda tab in the navigation.

All three main stage keynote and panel sessions will be recorded. The sessions on the smaller Exhibitor stages will not be recorded. Only the following ticket types include recordings in their purchase: VIP, VIP Elite, General Admission + Recordings, and Virtual Interactive. General Admission can upgrade their tickets to include the Recordings or they can be purchased separately.

Some of you registered a long time ago! We don’t blame you. The email associated with your registration/ticket is the one we have been emailing you the attendee information about (sender “Limitless Expo” or “Fixated Events Support”). Check your junk/spam folders if you can’t find any emails in your main inbox.

Yes! Every year we host a live auction where Speakers will auction off exclusive access to coaching, consulting, or special prizes and this year 100% of the donations will go to America’s Mighty Warriors to help support veterans and their families transition to civilization after serving our country. We have raised over $260,000 in one auction… You won’t want to miss this exciting event!
At our events, it is very typical for the speakers to mingle with the attendees during the event and at the parties so there will be meeting opportunities. We encourage the speakers to attend the event and parties however they are not obligated to be there outside of their speaking time.
Lunch is only provided to VIP, VIP Elite ticket holders, and Speakers in the VIP Lounge Friday through Sunday. There will be light hors d’oeuvres during the parties and options to purchase food from nearby vendors within the hotel.
Whatever is feeling your best and most comfortable for you! Whether that is casual, business casual, or to impress. We want people to come as their authentic selves and focus on the quality of content and people. For the VIP Party, dressing up is encouraged but optional!

Simple! CLICK HERE to download the networking app. In this app, you’ll be able to network with other attendees, exhibitors, and speakers. The experience is best on a desktop browser but can also be accessed on mobile. To access the livestream, go to limitlessexpo.com/agenda, click on “LOG IN” and enter the email address you used to register and you’ll receive a magic link. Once logged in, you will be able to watch the livestream by clicking the buttons within the Agenda.
